He was the 1st Director of Entrepreneurship Training in Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. He is certified in multiple psychometric tools that identify the strengths, unique characteristics and blindspots of individuals and teams. He has designed programmes for coaching, leadership, sales & marketing, design & creative thinking & entrepreneurship.
